MOCT-SILTA is a joint Russian-Finnish environmental newspaper published since 1999 by two Finnish and two Russian environmental NGOs.

It is the result of contributions from many volunteers - authors, translators, editors, photographers and graphic designers - in both countries.

The main goals of MOCT-SILTA are the strengthening of cooperation between Finnish and Russian NGOs and offering a regular forum for discussion of the condition of our common environment and of opportunities for citizen participation in environmental protection.
