Non-governmental organisations are traditionally the main clients of our Centre. A whole range of services is offered to NGOs: consultations and educational seminars on the most current subjects, distribution of information about projects and non-governmental organisations' activities, the library, the translation service.. Furthermore, the NGO DC's publication - the magazine "Pchela" - is primarily devoted to non-governmental organisations. If you are curious about the history of the Third Sector's development and the activity of other NGOs, we recommend that you get to know about it in the section "If you are interested in the Third Sector of St. Petersburg..."
